As a small boutique, we strive to provide exceptional service and quality. While we are unable to take responsibility for issues such as shipping troubles or damage caused during transit, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer reasons. However, if you receive a defective product, we will gladly assist with a return or exchange.

To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact us at thegamilew@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned to us in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
